If they continue to call after you've informed them over the phone that it isn't your debt ask for their mailing address. If they refuse to give it to you then look for their business registration on your state's Secretary of State site or wherever you can find business records in your area. Check with the BBB to see if anyone else has complained about them - you might find their address there too. Check on Ripoff Report. Check with state regulators (debt collection and/or banking dept) to see if they know who CBA Group is - and file complaints with them if necessary. In the letter simply inform them that they've been calling you about someone else's debt and demand that they cease and desist with the phone calls immediately.
